We’re excited to announce the launch of The Tenex Group, a business that’s dedicated to all things tenant experience. Co-founders Kirk Layton, Rachael Kraljevic and Syed Hussaini have combined their complementary skill sets in the CRE space to bring The Tenex Group to life. With the growing interest within the CRE industry in tenant experience, plus the increasing popularity of proptech platforms, Kirk, Rachael and Syed thought it made sense to start a business that catered directly to the needs of property managers who were looking for additional resources to help them implement their tenex strategies. And so The Tenex Group was born!
From Tenex Perks, an online platform that provides tenants with access to a huge variety of discounted lifestyle and entertainment services, to Tenex Services, which include digital content management, event management and social media management services, The Tenex Group aspires to be the property management community’s go-to resource for all things tenant experience. We are launching Tenex Services in mid-February 2023, with the Tenex Perks launch scheduled the following month.
So on the cusp of launching this new venture, we want to express our heart-felt thanks to all of the amazing people we’ve worked with over the years to help us get to where we are today, and we look forward to continuing to work with you in the future. We’re excited about what the future holds and can’t wait to get started!
